ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Abbie, welcome to Mindful Blossoms!

With a background in psychology and experience working in residential treatment for adults with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, I’ve always been passionate about helping people transform their lives. As a certified holistic nutrition specialist, I combine my professional expertise with personal insight gained from my own journey of healing my relationship with food and my body image.

My own healing journey sparked a deep passion for supporting teenage girls as they navigate challenges with eating and self-esteem. My mission is to help young women develop a healthy and positive relationship with their bodies by teaching them how to nourish their minds, bodies, and souls on a meaningful level.

Through my programs, I provide tools and guidance to empower girls to feel confident, balanced, and capable of navigating life’s challenges while embracing the beauty of who they are. Together, we’ll work to create a foundation of self-love and holistic well-being that lasts a lifetime.
