What Are Chakras?

The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for “wheel.” Chakras are spinning energy centers within the body that align along the spine, from the base to the crown of your head. Each chakra corresponds to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life.

When your chakras are open and balanced, energy flows freely, supporting your well-being. However, when they are blocked or out of alignment, it can lead to challenges such as anxiety, low energy, or even physical ailments.

The Seven Main Chakras
